sharpe-maths is an idea for teacher who teach Maths and create a worksheet in 1 sec. Anyway my 5 x 5 Addition GridIt look like a BINGO paper.

Honda Let It Shine

This is the new TV ad for the new Honda Insight, a hybrid car. They parked a huge grid of those cars in the desert and used the headlights as pixels to show this animation.

It make me think about how we live/work with typography and grid system. Poster, AD, magazine, newspaper and business card ...etc. All is about grid system and typo, but how can we we use typography, visual arts and page layout techniques to produce the final result is a big big question for every designers.

The Seed

A two-minute animated voyage through nature's life cycle, following the trials and tribulations of a humble apple seed.

The film was kindly funded by Adobe, produced at Nexus Productions and features a soundtrack by Jape. It was made using a mixture of stop motion papercraft and 2D drawn animation.

Asian Design Group to D@

Only have five months to get funding from Singapore Government, location ... ect. Step by step..

Why do most Asian countries do not respect their local or other Asian designers ? Why do most artists or designers work so hard, only to not get the credit they deserve?

Lets all work together to build a new future and change people's perspective on Asian designs and designers.Asian designers deserve as much recognition and exposure as our western counterparts.

Asian designers are just as competent, well equipped and creative. (if not better) But why are we always sidelined? We need to encourage our young designers (students in particular) to dare to dream and be confident.

It is time for us to rise up and get noticed.

Asian Design Group will change the title from Asian Design Group to D@. All the details about D@ and the exhibition will be published on 21/3/09 (Sat) via Facebook, D@ website/blog.
